Indenture between Ralph Fowel and Mabel, his wife of New Windsor, on one part and Nichola, dughter of Alice Pistor, of the same, on the other, of lease for life to the said Nichola of a house in New Windsor between the tenement of Rose, daughter of Philip atte Hawe, and a messuage once of Katherine, sister of the said Mabel.
Yearly rent a rose at the feast of St John the Baptist.
Witnesses: William atte Barre, John de Stanes, Richard Frankelein, Thomas le Marshal, Philip atte Hawe, Adam de Brochurst, Adam le Taillour and others.
Given at Windsor Wednesday after Trinity 9 Edward II.
