Grant by John Dolsyn, of New Windsor, to Matilda, his daughter, of a certain part of a messuage in New Windsor, of the fee of the lord of Cliwar, lying between a messuage of Richard Dabry, skinner, and the land of John Dolsyn, son of the grantor, and extending from the land of John Jordan to the King's street, ten feet broad at each end.

Given at New Windsor Wednesday after the feast of St Ambrose, bishop and confessor, 16 Edward II.
