Quitclaim by Petronilla, daughter of Robert le Scherere, of New Windsor, and Beatrice, her sister, in their free maidenhood, to John Cousyn of all their right in a place of land with a curtilage, which the said John had by lease from the said Robert, in New Windsor, of the fee of the lord of Cliwar, lying in Bysshopestret between a messuage of the said John and a messuage of Robert Randulf, extending from the land of Thomas Holebode to the King's street.
