Grant by Nicholas Andre, of Etone, to Geoffrey de Leuekenore, of New Windsor, of two pieces of land in New Windsor in exchange for an acre of land in Etone, the two pieces lying in the field of Underore, one between the land of Matthew Gerald and the pasture called Bradele and extending from the land of John Est at one end to the street which leads from Bradele towards Pokelane at the other, and the other between the land of the said John Est on both sides.
Witnesses: Matthew Gerald, John Est, Robert Randulf, Adam le Rede, William de la Barre, William Lytfor, John Jordan, William de Camera, Hugh, son of Maurice le Mercer and many others.
Given at Windsor Saturday after the feast of St Luke the Evangelist 17 Edward II.
