Grant by Alice, duaghter of Robert de Bikenhurst, to Ralph de Bikenhurst of a tenement, 2 acres and a rood of land in New Windsor Underore, the tenmenet lying between a tenement of the grantor and one of Nicholas Bitemese and Matilda, his wife, 1½ acres lying sub monte between the land of John Godefray and that of Thomas de Openor, ½ acre in la Valeye between the land of Richard atte Leunte and Sibil, his wife, and that of John Est, and rood between the tenement of Robert Randulf and the land of John Godefray. And grant of 6d yearly quit rent which she used to receive from Adam le Rede at Michaelmas for a tenement which the said Adam had of the gift of John le Wayte in Underore.
