Windsor, Berkshire: Grant of tenement

Grant by William, son of Hugh de Draspere, of New Windsor, and Agnes, his wife, to Thomas Draspere the grantor's brother and son of the said Hugh, of all that tenement in New Windsor within the parish of Cliware which Geoffrey de Leukenor and the said Agnes had of the gift of John le Despenser, lying between the grantor's tenement and that of Richard de Alkeshulle, and extending at one end onto the King's way and at the other onto the dyke called Flotgong.
Witnesses: Osbert le Taverner, Philip le Mareschal then bailiff of New Windsor, John Godefrey, stewardof the guild of the said town, John le Warenner, Henry le Whyte, William Neel, John Jurdan, Adam le Reede, and others.
Given at New Windsor 29 June 11 Edward III.
