Grant by John Broun, son of Juliana Brown of New Windsor, citizen and woodmonger (buscarius) of London, to Robert Matheu, son of Matthew Gerald, of New Windsor, and Christine, his wife, of two ½ acres of land lying in the field of New Windsor, one of them lying upon Northworthe in Underore of the tenure of the abbot of Redying between the land of the said Robert on the ease and the land of Isabel, daughter of the late William le Tylere on the west, and the land of John Godefrey on the south and the land of Adam le Rede on the north; and the other lying next the mill of Underore between the land fo the said Robert on the east and the land of the abbot of Redying on the west, and the land of the said Robert on the south and the land of the abbot of Redyng on the north. To be held by the said Robert and Christine and the heirs of their bodies, with remainder to the right heirs of Robert.
