Grant by Richard Dalron, of New Windsor, to Richard de Alkesulle and Matilda, his wife, of a messuage with a curtilage in New Windsor, lying between the land of the said Richard and Matilda and the King's street called le Newestrate, and extending at one end onto the King's way with a breadth of 24 feet there and at the other end onto the land of John Jurdan with a breadth of 14 feet there.
Witnesses: John Godefray, John Jurdan, John le Barber, William Drapper, John le Deygher, Richard Est, Nicholas le Gardiner and others.
Given at New Windsor Monday after the feast of St Valentine 13 Edward III.
