Grant by Ralph Pikemond de Swalweveld, that if William Drawesper and Agnes, his wife, of New Windsor, their heirs or assigns, shall pay in the five following years 50s sterling of silver, to wit, 10s a year at Easter, a charter, whereby the said William and Agnes have granted to the said Ralph a tenement in Windsor in the fee of the lord of Clywar, shall be restored to the said William and Agnes and annulled.
