Indenture between Ralph Pikemond de Swalwefeld on one part and William Draspere and Agnes, his wife of Windsor on the other, of lease for 5 years from Easter next following by the said Ralph to the said William and Agnes of a tenement in Windsor in the fee of the lord of Clywar between tenements of the said lessees on both sides. Yearly rent 10s silver.
