Grant by Richard Fraunkeleyn, of New Windsor, to Richard le Cok de Hetham and Christine, his daughter, of two messuages lying together in Underore in the fee of the abbot of Radyngte, late of John le Riche and Robert Wodiate between the tenement of the grantor and the tenement of Robert Teste, and extending at one end onto the King's way and at the other onto the grantor's land.
Witnesses: John Est, Robert Matthew, John de Eydon, Henry Randulf, John le Weyte, Gilbert Dodeler, John Bukke and others.
Given at New Windsor in Underore Friday the morrow of St Clement pope 20 Edward III.
