Grant by Nicholas Edmund de Heston and Matilda, his daughter, to Robert Matheu and Christine, his wife, of ½ acre of meadow in New Windsor Underore lying between the land of John Godefrey and that of William le Taverner, and the meadow of John Est on both sides. To be held by the said Robert and Christine and their heirs, with remainder, in default of issue, to the heirs of Robert.

Given at New Windsor Underore Sunday after the feast of All Saints 20 Edward III.
