Grant by Richard Sinod, of New Windsor, to William Manston, of the same, of 3 roods of arable land in the fee of the abbot of Radyngg lying between the land of John Matheu on either side and extending at one end towards the Thames and at the other towards the land of Sir William Aleyn, chaplain.

Given at New Windsor on the feast of the circumcision of the Lord 33 Edward III.
