Grant by John de Grauntebrugg, carpenter, to Richard Caperoun, of New Windsor, of 3 acres of land in the town of Windsor lying in Underore in the fee of the abbot of Redyng in a croft late of John Godefrey between the land of Matilda Test and the King's way which leads towards montem and extending from the wells of the cross to the land called Littellane, which 3 acres he had of the gift of Hugh Segrave.
