Content description
Indenture by which Christine, relict of William Asscheby, of Windsor, grants that if neither John Tenham, of the same, nor Sabina, his wife, nor their heirs or nominees remove a house which was once held by the said Christine in New Windsor situated between tenements of John Pope towards the south and the late John Whayte towards the north, a bond (ECR 12 548) for the payments of 10 marks sterling be the said John Tenham to the said Christine shall be annulled.
