Content description
Indenture of lease for 12 years by Richard Tannare, of Windsor, and William de Northlech, clerk, to John Riche, of New Windsor, of 5 acres of arable land in Undurore in the parish of Windsor, 4 of which lie in Randulfcroft and 1 in Northworthe; and bond by the said Richard and William to pay the said John 100s of gold or silver if the said John or his assigns are expelled from the premises before 12 years, with permission to the said John to distrain on the lands and tenements which the said Richard and William have in New Windsor of the gift of John Randulf in the said sum is not paid by Michaelmas in the year of the expulsion.
