Grant by John Randulf, of New Windsor, to Richard Tannare, of the same, of a messuage and piece of land containing 1 acre in Underore in the parish of Windsor, the messuage lying between the land of Matilda Test and the common pasture called Bradele and between the land of sometime of Raymund Horsulle and the way leading towards the mill, and the piece of land lying between the land of Christine Holbod and the Thames and between the land sometime of William Marschal and the land sometime of John Bokke.

Given at Windsor in Underore on the feast of the Translation of St Benedict abbot 37 Edward III.
