Windsor, Berkshire: Grant of rent

Grant by John Tenham and Sabina, his wife, of Windsor to Robert Hurtlee, of the same, of 3s 4d silver of yearly rent from a place of land in Windsor between the cottage and curtilage of John Hurtlee on the north and the King's way opposite the gaol of Windsor on the west, which they had of the gift of the said Robert, payable at the feasts of Michaelmas and the Annunciation, with permission to enter and distrain if the said rent is fifteen days in arrears, and to levy 100s silver on the goods and chattels of the grantors if the house on the said place is removed by the grantors, their heirs or nominees.
