Grant by John Capron, of Windsor, and Agnes, his wife, to Thomas Wayte and William Greunte, clerks, of a messuage and an acre of land in Windsor in Underore, the messuage situated between the messuage of John Pomfratt and the messuage of Richard ate Ok and extending from the messuage of Thomas Holbode to the King's way leading through the middle of Windsor towards the Thames, and ½ acre in the field called northworthe between the land of John Mason and the land sometime of Robert test and the land of Adam Capron and the land of Richard Capron, and ½ acre in the same field between the land of Thomas Knyghtele and the land of John Matheu and the land sometime of Guy de Guldesbourgh and the land of Robert Felle.
