Windsor, Berkshire: Indenture of lease

Indenture of lease by Richard ate Ok, of Windsor, and Lucy, his wife, to Richard Skynnere, of the same, and Joan, his wife, of a messuage in Windsor situated between the messuage of the said Richard ate Ok and the messuage of Richard Boleman and the messuage of Thomas Holbode and the King's way leading through the middle of Windsor twoards the Thames bridge, to hold till Easter next; and, after Easter, to hold a portion of the said messuage near the messuage of Richar Boleman, at each end 10 fee broad, and 65 feet long, for their lives. And the grantees at their own expense shall maintain and repair a part of the said portion, 10 feel broad and 17 feet long, against wind and rain.
