Grant by Robert Gaskeyne de Maydinhythe to John Handesworth, of Windsor, of a messuage in New Windsor situated between the messuage sometime of John Alkessulle and the King's street called Newestrate and extending at one end onto the King's way with a breadth there of 24 feet and at the other end onto the land of John Smyth with a breadth there of 14 feet.
Witnesses: John Peyntout, Nicholas Bernard, Robert Hondesworth, Adam Capron, John Smyth and others.
Given at Windsor on the feast of the Conception of the Blessed Mary 42 Edward III.
