Lease for life by Thomas Holbode to Robert Matheu of 2 half acres of arable land caleed le fyssheresacr lying in Underor in the fee of the abbot of Radyng in the field called Northwode, 1 half acre between the land of Adam Caperon and the land of Robert Matheu, and 1 half acre in the same field between the land of Robert mtheu and the King's path leading twoards the meadow, the ends of the 2 half acres extending onto the land of Adam Caperon on one side and Richard Caperon on the other.
