Windsor, Berkshire: Indenture of bond

Indenture of bond by Richard Ok and Lucy, his wife, to pay £30 to John Frend and Marion, his wife, to whom the said Richard and Lucy had granted a messuage in Windsor, whensoever the said Richard and Lucy should be expelled by the said grantors from the premises. And bond by the said John and Marion to pay £20 to the said Richard and Lucy whensoever Richard Skynner and Joan his wife should be expelled by the said John and Marion, to wit the said Richard and Joan to have and hold that messuage which the said Richard ate Ok and Lucy acquired from them in Windsoe until the said John and Marion build a portion of the said messuage 10 feet broad and 17 feet long near the messuage of Richar Boleman. And the said John and Marion are to maintain the building from wind and rain for the life of the said Richard and Joan. And when the said John and Marion shall have built the said portion of the messuage, the said Richard and Joan shall enter and hold the same for life.
