Grant by Thomas Wayte and William de Northlech, clerks, to John Capron and Agnes, his wife, of a messuage and acre of land in Windsor in Underore, the messuage being situated in the fee of the lord of Clifwar between the messuage of John Pomfrait and the messuage of Richard ate Ok, extending from the messuage of Thomas Holbode to the King's way leading through the middle of Windsor towards the Thames, ½ acre lying in the fee of the abbot of Radingg in the field called Northworthe between the land of John Mason and the land sometime of Robert Test and between the land of Adam Capron and the land of Richard Capron, and ½ acre in the same field between the land of Thomas Knyghtele and the land of John Matheu between the land sometime of Guy de Guldebourgh and the land sometime of Robert Felle.
