Grant by John atte Bere, son of Dionisia atte Bere de Waregrave, to Robert Hertele of New Windsor, of a moiety of all the lands and tenements, sometime of John Heretaut, which the grantor lately had of the gift of the said Dionisia, his mother, which, with the other moiety, the said Dionisia and Flicia, her sister, had inherited in Windsor.
Witnesses: Thomas Hyvenden, John de Thorp, John Bythwode, John Peyntour, Nicholas Bernard, Robert Bongay, Hugh Kyngeston, and others.
Given at New Windsor Saturday on the vigil of St Lawrence 45 Edward III.
