Quitclaim by John atte Bere, son of Dionisia atte Bere de Waregrave, to Robert Hertele, of New Windsor, of all his right in a moiety of the lands and tenements, sometime of John Heretaut, which the grantor lately had of the gift of the said Dionisia, his mother, which, with the other moiety, the said Dionisia and Felicia, her sister, had inherited in Windsor.

Given at New Windsor Thursday before the feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Mary 45 Edward III.
