Grant by John Hondesworth to William Vannare of a messuage in Windsor situated between the messuage sometime of Richard Alkessulle and the King's street called Newestrett and extending at one end onto the King's way leading towards the Thames bridge with a breadth there of 24 feet and at the other onto the land of John Smyth with a breadth there of 14 feet.
Witnesses: John Peyntour, Adam Capron, Walter Chapman, Walter Sankhurst, then bailiff of Windsor, John Smyth and others.
Given at Windsor on the feast of St Thomas the Apostle 45 Edward III.
