Indenture of grant by Roger Smyth, of Clyfwar, to Richard Smyth, of New Windsor, of an outlet in the garden of the said Richard towards the south part of the grange of the said Roger, with license for Richard to make the outlet with his own timber and firmly fix it with tenons and mortise on the puncheons of the said grange.
Witnesses: John Bythewod, John Attewyk, James atte Spitel, carpenter, William Bulter, smith, Thomas Crowenhale, and others.
Given at Clyfwar Saturday on the vigil of Easter 4 Richard II.
