Windsor, Berkshire: Quitclaim of messuage

Quitclaim by William Edmund de Benfeld to Richard Caperon, junior of New Windsor, of a messuage with a curtilage adjacent in the two of Windsor in the fee of the abbot of Radyng between a path leading towards the mill on the south and the messuage of Richar Bullok on the north, and extending at one end onto the King's way on the west and at the other end onto the messuage sometime of Hilary Wygard on the east.
Witnesses: Sir Robert Routhale, chaplain, Nicholas Hunne, Henry Herbard, Adam Caperon, of Windsor, Henry the clerk, of the same and others.
Given at Benford Sunday on the feast of St Alban the Martyr 5 Richard II.
