Bond by Marion, relict of William Pleystow de Horton, to Thomas Sawyer de Spytell for £10 to be paid at New Windsor in the parish church when the said Thomas, his heirs or assigns, shall be impleaded of expelled from a certain messuage which he purchased from her situated at Spytell between the garden of the hospital of St Peter (on the south) and the curtilage of the said Thomas on the north, and bond of all her goods and chattels, especially an acre of land in the field called le Wurth next le Spytelheg, for a payment of the above.
