Grant by Alice Schepard, daughter and heir of Agnes Ryche, to Thomas Sawyer and Isabel, his wife, of Spytell, of a curtilage lying between the messuage sometime of John Ryche on the south and the messuage of James Colewell on the north, and extending at one end onto the King's way on the west and at the other onto the land of the hospital of St Peter on the east.

Given at Spytell Sunday after the feast of St Ambrose bishop and doctor 8 Richard II.
