Quitclaim by Margaret (Marota) Crownale de Clywar to Thomas Sawyer and Isabel, his wife, of all her right in a curtilage lying at Spytell in the parish of New Windsor between a messuage of James Colewell on the north and the messuage sometime of John Riche on the south, and extending at one end onto the King's way on the west and at the other onto the land of the hospital of St Peter on the east.

Given at Spytell Thursday before the feast of the Annunciation 8 Richard II.
