Grant by Robert Mathew and Alice, his wife, of New Windsor, to John Hed and Alice, his wife, of a parcel of a curtilage in Underor in the fee of the abbot of Radyng between the messuage of the said John on the east and the grantor's curtilage on the west and extending at one end onto the King's way on the north and at the other onto the curtilage of the said John on the south; to hold until the grantor's have paid the grantees 5 marks.

Given at Windsor Sunday after the feast of St Peter Cathedra 11 Richard II.
