Grant by Richard Tanner, of New Windsor, to John Matheu and Agnes, his wife, of the same, of a croft of arable land called Raundesnescroft lying in Underor in the fee of the abbot of Radyng between the land of Thomas Ysslep and the land of the said John Matheu and extending at one end onto the land sometime of Christine Holbode and at the other end onto the land of said John Matheu and Nicholas Kynbell.

Given at Underor Sunday after the feast of St John ante Portam Latinam 11 Richard II.
