Indenture of Grant by John atte Grove, tanner, of New Windsor, to John Place, of the same, of ½ acre of arable land lying in the field of Underor at Northwurth between the land sometime of John Smyth on the north and the land sometime of Richard Caperon on the south. If the grantor shall pay the grantee in the parish church of Windsor 13s 4d at Michaelmas in the second year to follow, then the said grant shall be annulled.
Witnesses: John Gardiner, John Matheu, Richard Bullok, Richard Caperon, John Towe and others.
Given at Underor Thursday after the feast of St Lucy the virgin 13 Richard II.
