Grant by John atte Grove, tanner, of New Windsor, to John Place, of the same, of ½ acre of arable land lying in the field of Underor in the fee of the abbot of Radyng at Northwurth between the land sometime of John Smyth on the north and the land sometime of Richard Caperon on the south, and extending at one end onto the land sometime of Robert Felley on the east and at the other onto the land of William Kymbell on the west.

Given at Underor Thursay after the feast of St Lucy the virgin 13 Richard II.
