Grant by Richard Bullok, of the borough of Newewyndesore, to John Place, of the same, of 2 half acres of arable land lying separately in the field of Underore in the fee of the abbot of Redyng, one between the land sometimeof Adam Caperon on the south and the cultura called Astworth on the north and extending from the land of Thomas Ysslep onto the land of William Grey on the west, and the other in the said (cultura) called Astworth between the land of John Benefeld on the east and the land of John Mathew on the west and extending from the land of Thomas Isslep onto the meadow of John Pykot on the north.

Given at Windsor Monday after the feast of St Barnabas the Apostle 13 Richard II.
