Grant by Robert Hertlee and John Lawsell, of New Windsor, to John Place, of the same, of ½ acre of arable land, sometime of Adam Caperon, lying in the field called Underoresfeld on a cultura called Assworth between the land of the said John Place on either side and abutting at one end onto the land of John Grey on the west and at the other onto the land sometime of Thomas Ysslep on the east.
Witnesses: John Gardiner, Adam Doner, John Pomfreyt, Richard Caperon and John Caperon and others.
Given at Windsor Tuesday on the feast of St Michael Archangel 18 Richard II.
