Grant by John Absolon and John Pounfreyt to John Caperon and Isabel, his wife, of New Windsor, of a tenement with a curtilage adjacent in Windsor situated between the tenement of the said John Poundfreyt and the tenement of Thomas Wykham and extending from the garden of Thomas Holbode to the King's way leading through the middle of Windsor towards the Thames, which they lately had of the gift of the said John Caperon.
Witnesses: John Gardyner, then senescchal of the guild of merchants of the town, John Place and Adam Donere, then bailiffs, Thomas Wykham, John Towe, Richard Caperon, Richard Bulman, Walter Mylwarde, John Petyt and others.
Given at Windsor Sunday before the feast of St Mathew the Apostle 19 Richard II.
Two seals.
