Grant by James Colwell, of the parish of Windsor, to Thomas Dene and Christine, his wife, of the same, of a garden of Windsor at le Spitele between the land called Colemewescroft on the east and the King's way on the west and extending at one end onto le Spitelemed on the north and at the other onto the land of the said James on the south.
