Indenture of lease for seven years by Nicholas Caperon, son and heir of Adam Caperon, defunct, late of New Windsor, to Walter Mylward, of the same, of a tenement called Felley situated in Windsor in Underore in the fee of the abbot of Radyng, with a garden adjacent. Yearly rent 10s payable in equal portions at Michaelmas and the feast of the Annunciation, with license for the grantor to enter if the rent is in arrears.
Witnesses: John Gardyner, John Towe, John Pounfreyt, Richard Caperon, Richard Bulman and others.
Given at Windsor Saturday after the feast of the Nativity of the Blesses Mary 20 Richard II.
