Indenture of lease for seven years by Nicholas Caperon, son and heir of Adam Caperon, defunct, late of New Windsor, to Walter Mylward, of the same, of a tenement called Felley situated in Windsor in Underore in the fee of the abbot of Radyng, with a garden adjacent. Yearly rent 10s payable in equal portions at Michaelmas and the feast of the Annunciation, with license for the grantor to enter if the rent is in arrears.
