Grant by William Botte and Roger atte Strete, of New Windsor, to Richard Smyth and Juliana, his wife, of the same, of an acre of arable land lying in Windsor in the field called le Underor in the fee of the abbot of Radyng between the land of John Mathew and the land of Alice Horstede and extending at one end onto the land of Thomas atte Novene and at the other onto the land of Richard Caperon.
Witnesses: John Lausel, steward of the guild of merchants of the town of Windsor, John Broun, Thomas Mulleward, then bailiffs, John Towe, John Ponfreyt, and others.
Given at Windsor Sunday before the feast of St Luke the Evangelist 20 Richard II.
