Grant by William Bullok and William Coupere, of New Windsor, to Alice Baker, late wife of John Place, of the same, of 6 acres and 3 roods of arable land and meadow lying separately in the parish aforesaid in Underorfeld in the fee of the abbot of Radyng, which they had of the gift of the said John Place. To hold for her life, with remainder to the right heirs of the said John Place.
Witnesses: Richard Markham, steward to the guild of merchants of the town, John Haydon, senior, and Philip Pounfreyt, then bailiffs of the town, John Towe, Richard Caperon, John Mathewe, John Skreveyn and many others.
