Grant by William Strensall, of New Windsor, and Matilda, his wife, to William Tyler, of the same, of a messuage situated at le Spytell with 2 curtilages adjacent between the garden of the hospital of St Peter on the south and the messuage of James Collewell on the north, and extending at one end onto the King's way and at the other onto the croft of the said hospital called Fellescroft.
Witnesses: Robert Wythele, John Wayte, John Collewell, Roger Smyth, John Skreveyn and many others. Given at Windsor Monday after the feast of the Annunciation 1 Henry IV.
