Quitclaim by Thomas Sawyer, of the parish of New Windsor, to William Strensall, and Matilda, his wife, of all their right in a messuage situated at le Spytell between the garden of the hospital of St Peter on the south and the messuage of James Colwelle on the north.
Witnesses: Robert Wythele, William Tyler, John Wayte, John Colwelle, John Page and many others. Given at Windsor Sunday on the feast of St Thomas the Apostle 1 Henry IV.
