Grant by Thomas Horsted, of New Windsor, and Florence, his wife, to Thomas Sy, esquire, of 5 acres of arable land lying at Dachethyth in the parish of Windsor between the Thames and the land of William Bryan and extending at one end onto the land of the said Thomas Sy and at the other onto the land of Thomas Harpecote, which the grantors had of the gift of Robert Hertele, John Lawsell and the said Thomas Harpecote, of Windsor aforesaid.
Witnesses: Richard Wyngham, John Burgeys, Thomas Harpecote, John Gardiner, John Towe and others. Given at Windsor 20 February 3 Henry IV.
