Quitclaim by Geoffrey Mathew, son and heir of the late John Mathew, of New Windsor, to Agnes, his mother, her heirs and assigns, of all his right in a piece of arable land, sometime of the said John, his father, in Underor, called Randulvescroft, lying in the fee of the abbot of Redyng.

Given at Windsor Sunday after the feast of St Lucy the Virgin 8 Henry IV.
