Grant by Agnes, relict of John Mathew, senior, of New Windsor, in her full liege power and widowhood, to John, her son, of a croft of arable land called Randulves croft lying in Underor in the fee of the abbot of Redyng between the land sometime of Thomas Isslepp and a rood of the grantor's land.
Witnesses: Thomas Harpecote, John Towe, John Gardiner, William Magynhod, Walter Bernard and many others. Given at Windsor Saturday on the feast of the Nativity 8 Henry IV.
