Grant by John Pusemer, rector of the parish church of Clyfwar, John Towe and Thomas Colyn, of Clyfwar, to William Sondere, of the same, of a messuage situated in New Windsor in the fee of the lord of Clyfware between the grantor's booth on the north and the King's way caleed Newestret on the south and extending from the King's way called Bisshoppestret which leads through the middle of Windsor towards the Thames bridge to the barn of Hugh Tangle, sometime of John le Smyth, which the grantors inherited after the death of Katherine Fanner, sometime wife of William Dawe, by bequest of the will of William Fanner, defunct, the said will being proved and enrolled in the register of the Merchant Guild Hall of New Windsor before the mayor and burgesses as the custom of the town requires.
