Grant by John de Massyngham, clerk, to John Maghtyld, of New Windsor, of a messuage and garden adjacent in New Windsor in the fee of Clywar between the messuage of John Bromyng and the messuage of Hugh Tangele, sometime of William Fanner and extending from the King's way to the tenement of the said Hugh Tangele, sometime of John Smyth.
Witnesses: Thomas Harpcote, steward of the town, John Mewes and Thomas Whyshele, then bailiffs, John Gardynere, John Towe, John Pounfreyt, John Scriveyn and others.
